Return policy

After purchasing the product or service at www.popup.lt, the Buyer has the right to cancel the transaction and return their order within 14 days, without any explanation.

The return cost of the product is covered by the Buyer. At popup.lt, we always seek to ensure the most favorable prices for sending and returning products.

Product return process:

In order to return the product, the Buyer must generate a product return document in their personal www.popup.lt account, indicating one of the reasons for returning the product.
Once the return document has been generated and the return label has been printed, you’ll be contacted by an LP EXPRESS courier who will arrive at the agreed time to pick up the order you wish to return.
Since the returned products are not sent to one central warehouse but to separate designer studios, the returned items must be in the original packaging and the original box you received.

Product exchange

Items purchased from www.popup.lt come directly from the designer studios and individual brand warehouses. For this reason, products can be exchanged only when they are returned, and a new order for your selected products is placed.

Non-returnable items purchased online:

Items that were custom-made according to the user’s specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs;
Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn, and in the original packaging. The packaging cannot be damaged;
Skincare and beauty products can be returned for a refund only if they have not been opened. These items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any original plastic wrapping intact;
Briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the security strip has been already removed or if the items are soiled;
newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions to such publications;
products that are perishable or have a short shelf-life;
packaged items that are no longer suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and have been unpacked after delivery (e.g., protective masks);
packaged video or audio recordings;

The buyer can return the defective item and get back the money paid for it within 14 days calendar days from the date of delivery. In this case, you need to generate a refund form in your personal www.popup.lt account, indicating the reason for the refund as “a defect”.

Refund terms

The money for the returned item will be refunded to your account as soon as the returned item reaches the designer. The money will be returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller has received the Buyer’s notification of their wish to exercise this right.
