How does the www.popup.lt platform work? 

www.popup.lt is curating a conscious design community via a worldwide platform and experiences that empower designers, inspire customers and heal the planet. popup.lt empowers designers and gives visitors a direct opportunity to meet and connect with conscious local designers. Each designer sends products directly to the buyer from their creative studio and individually shapes their own product range. That’s why on the popup.lt platform, you can virtually visit different design studios simultaneously and get to know the innovations the conscious design movement is developing.

Is online shopping safe?

All the personal information you provide during shopping at popup.lt is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Ensuring the security of personal data in the e-shop is very important to us, so we are constantly improving and testing our security routines. 

Can I cancel an order even though I’ve already received the order confirmation?

 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped and delivered to our partners LP Express, unfortunately, there is no possibility to cancel it. In this case, we kindly ask you to simply return the product after receiving it, and the money will be refunded directly to your account within the deadline specified in the return conditions.

How can I track my order?

For purchases in Lithuania, you can track your order on our partner’s LP Express website: www.manosiuntos.post.lt. If you choose the delivery of the parcel via an LP Express terminal, you’ll receive information about the delivery via SMS. When using LP Express courier services, the courier will contact you personally regarding the delivery time of the parcel.

For European purchases, you can track your orders through the designer’s preferred delivery provider system.


I have successfully added the product to the cart, but upon moving to the order confirmation, I received information that the product is no longer available. How could this happen?

 The product reservation is confirmed only after the payment. It’s possible that another buyer, who placed the last item in the cart, made the payment faster, therefore making the product no longer available.


How can I return a product purchased in the popup.lt e-shop?

 To return a product, please fill out the product return form on the popup.lt page. This will generate a return document that you will need to stick on the outside of the parcel you wish to return.


How much time do I have to return products?

 You can return the products purchased in the popup.lt e-shop within 14 days after receiving them. The 14-day return period starts one day after you receive your products.


I received a poor-quality product. What should I do?

 If you received a poor-quality product, please fill out the product return form provided by popup.lt, which you’ll find in your user profile. Indicate the reason for the return as: defect. The money for the defective product will be refunded to your account within the deadline specified in the return conditions.


Can I return all products purchased at the popup.lt e-shop?

 The list of non-returnable and non-exchangeable items can be found under the popup.lt return conditions. All products that cannot be returned are determined under the legal acts of the European Union and the procedures of online shopping.


Is it possible to order products from all over Europe?

 Yes. Currently, products purchased at www.popup.lt can be delivered in all European Union countries and the United Kingdom. 


Is it possible to buy products on a lease?

 At the moment, our online store doesn’t offer product leasing. However, we are constantly working to improve the shopping experience in the popup.lt e-shop.


How do I get an invoice for the purchased products?

 We invite you to email us at [email protected] and provide your preferred contact details to receive the invoice.


What if I can’t find the information I need in the item description?

 All information about each product is provided by the brand representatives. If you did not find the information you are looking for, please feel free to contact us by email at [email protected] – we’ll make sure to contact the designer and answer your question!


Can I change or cancel an order I already placed?

 If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us by email at [email protected], and we’ll change or cancel your order for you. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it.


My email has changed. How do I update my information?

 You can always update your email address by logging in to your popup.lt account.


Under what conditions does www.popup.lt offer free delivery?

 www.popup.lt unites authentic design brands, and all products reach the customers directly from the designers’ homes. For this reason, when goods are purchased from different brands, they are sent to the buyer not from one central warehouse but from different places.


Free shipping at www.popup.lt is valid when:

If the total amount of the popup.lt shopping cart reaches 149 EUR

If the number of products ordered from a single brand reaches 39 euros
